I understand that outdoor conditions can change, that the Organizer may pause or modify activities or evacuate areas for safety, and that refunds will not be provided.

Instead, a credit or partial credit will be given in the face value of the ticket(s) purchased. A full credit will be given if the attendee wasn't checked in, and partial credit will be determined by the organizer depending on the check-in time.

Admission is subject to the event’s age requirements, venue rules, security procedures, and other published policies.

Attendees must comply with applicable laws and reasonable instructions from event staff. Harassment, violence, threats, dangerous conduct, unauthorized entry into restricted areas, and conduct that endangers others are prohibited.

The Organizer may deny entry or remove an attendee for a legitimate safety or policy reason, subject to applicable law. No refund is promised for denial of entry or removal resulting from an attendee’s violation of applicable rules, except where required by law.

No amplified sound is allowed in the camping areas or open fires. Only propane grilling is allowed.

Tickets may be transferred or resold only in accordance with the ticketing platform’s rules and the Organizer’s published transfer policies. The Organizer may refuse invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, or unauthorized tickets as permitted by law.

Purchasers are responsible for using authorized ticketing channels and safeguarding their ticket links and QR codes.

The last day to transfer tickets is the Friday before the event, before 12 am. Otherwise, you will forfeit your ticket(s). 7 days before the event.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, vehicles, camping equipment, and valuables. Secure your property and follow all posted parking, camping, fire, generator, and equipment restrictions.

The Organizer does not guarantee that personal property will be free from loss, theft, or damage. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be disclaimed.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

You have had the opportunity to read these terms before completing your purchase.

You understand that outdoor festival conditions can change and that weather may cause delays, interruptions, stage closures, or other safety measures.

You agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and emergency procedures.

You understand the stated policy regarding voluntary nonattendance and personal changes of plans.

Artist lineups, set times, production elements, vendors, amenities, and activities may change due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control or other operational requirements.

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes. A change to an individual artist, performance, vendor, or amenity does not automatically establish a right to a refund; any remedy required by applicable law will remain available.

I understand that if an attendee is paying for multiple tickets, the information listed above applies to the ticket purchase.
